OUR PROMISE

Our iconic Starter Performance Training Package, for those brand new to training, will provide a perfect sample of our performance theories, provide an initial set of one on one training sessions, mobility assessment and much more. At the end of the starter program the athlete will receive a report card style progress report and have a solid starting base.

Getting Started

You want to know how to start training with Redline? We’re glad you asked. 

Shoes that don’t fit well can lead to discomfort, blisters or more serious injuries, so it’s important to find the right pair and that is the same for training programs! 

Standard training programs won’t fit everyone the same way as a customized program will. At Redline we start of with a complete assessment of the individuals biometrics, goals and expectations.  Based on your information, we will develop and provide the program that is right for you and you alone.
